The staff at Schneider Autohaus is absolutely the best! I trust them as I would my own family. I always feel secure knowing that my BMW is in good hands.

Great job; friendly people. I have no complaints. But if you were seeking customer wishes, I wish that for the cost of the service, the car could be returned washing and cleaned, even if that adds another $25 to the already significant cost. There are lots of unemployed guys who I suspect would jump at the chance at cleaning the cars right after you service them.

In two words... outstanding service. The welcoming meeting at the car was the first sign of their attitude that the customer comes first. The explanation of the details of what the service entails and the dollar estimate gave me a firm sense of honesty and their technical competence. Performed service ahead of time, with a smile and a commitment to be available in the future to answer any questions concerning the car. Made my day. Thank you to all the team! I will come back with my Porsche next time.

The crew at Schneider's are honest, quick and I quite believe a VERY fair price for their competency. I have been bringing an engine swapped frankencar to them, and they have fixed every issue I have thrown at them. The crew are pleasant to talk to, explain the issues well, and when available, offer several options. Last, as a few of them are competent drivers on track, they offer an EXCELLENT alignment and chassis balance service, which helped me drive the car to it's potential.

Although I was aware of Schneider Autohaus previously, I only ended up there by "happenstance". A serious (non-drivable) problem arose with my car while in transit, this shop happened to be the closest to me at that moment, thus , the car and I needed to get in there, quick. I was not disappointed. Though shortly before closing time, the staff (and the owners) were pleasant and took the time to diagnose my car. We then arranged for me to leave it, with the understanding that the repair would be completed by early afternoon the very next day. More importantly, the staff was clear and direct with with an explanation, such that I felt informed, and comfortable with the proposed work. Indeed, the car was ready and fixed the next day as promised (no extra charges). I will return. How often has this been your experience at a mechanic in recent times?
