The best service department I have ever been to. They are extremely knowledgeable and I trust their judgement. Just a great group of individuals.

Obvious care and expertise right upon entry to the shop. Every person I talked to was knowledgeable about my car (an E30 specifically) and encouraging of me doing much of my own work, but willing to be honest and helpful about what jobs need to be done on what priority. A staff absolutely full of knowledgeable people who are willing to go the extra mile assures me my money is going to and my car is in the absolute best hands.

I've always enjoyed having my mini serviced by Schneider. They are so considerate, (auto repair is always stressful anyway) and follow through. Paula was kind enough to give me a lift home which I had to leave my car there onernight.

Nicest people, skilled and efficient, and fairly priced without any of the surprise costs and up charges I’m used to elsewhere! Started going here after they diagnosed and fixed a problem another auto shop created — for free, on the spot — while also being really kind to my young son who was excited about the sports cars in their office photos. I’m so glad to have discovered this business; we’ll always take our BMW here.
