Hi Rachel, I apologize that you felt our service was poor and rushed. However, we do disagree that the service was "incomplete." The car came in with the driver's door panel already removed, and with the interior door handle and some hardware missing. We replaced the window regulator as agreed and got the window working. We were unable to install the interior door panel due to the missing parts, and we slightly reduced the labor charge because of this. But, we did re-glue a part of the door panel that was broken and performed a complimentary courtesy/safety check of the entire vehicle. Sincerely, Chris Andropoulos
