I had an alternator failure at 8:30p on Thursday evening that stranded me on the side of the freeway. The vehicle was towed to Schneider Autohaus and they were able to replace the alternator, troubleshoot the somewhat arcane source of my problem AND have me back on the road by Friday afternoon. HUGE shout-out and thanks to the entire crew at Schneider Autohaus for taking care of me and helping reduce my stress levels. Keiran, Henry, Chris and Brandon were professional, sympathetic and a pleasure to work with.
