I was in a jam to find unexpected/emergency service for my beloved 2011 Mini Countryman. Schneider Autohaus was fully booked but they found a way to help me. I really appreciated the customer first service approach.

Great service and professionalism Very good attention to detail and response time

Kieran and Ceasar were great! Repairing my Mini-Cooper was a detective job! They couldn't figure out what the problem was! It was a mystery! But finally they figured it out and kept me posted every step of the way! They picked me up and took me home when I needed a ride. They even washed my car! I would highly recommend Schneider Auto Haus for all my future service!
