Chris was the only tech I found that would take a look at my 1996 BMW convertible top. Having worked at Schneider 000 for 20 years, he had past experience of working on them and was able to diagnose the issues and resolve them. It was a big relief to finally having the top working again as the car only has 22,000 miles on it. Thanks Chris
