I’m an out of town customer, somewhat skeptical of new BMW repair shops, but the reviews were good so I gave them a try. The staff diagnosed the possible issue, estimated the cost and completed the repair as expected. Good shop with friendly, knowledgeable people. I will use them again.

You never know when an electrical part will fail on a forty year old car. Lucky for me (and my car!), it happened just before leaving Schneider Autohaus after some minor clutch work was completed. Thanks to the team's quick response to an evaporator blower motor seizing, shorting, and sending smoke thru the vents, there was no fire or other damage and we were on our way the next day. Thanks again for taking care of me and my car!
