Ive owned Porsches since 1974 and without a doubt Schneider Autohaus is the best shop Ive ever been to. Henry Hinck, a master mechanic according to the stringent standards of Germany and his wife Paula own the place and oversee their team of master mechanics. They treat everyone right and it shows. Plus the array of Porsches there for repair is like a mini museum. The owners clearly want the best for their cars and this is where they take them. The rates are extremely fair and they stand by the warranted repair well beyond the expiration date.

Best service, master mechanics, and always reliable and honest. I invariably get the quality service I need and pay for. I have been to several BMW dealerships from OC to SLO and I make my SB visits around my car maintenance needs now. Henry, Paula, and their staff are wonderful.

As always Schneider Autohaus provides absolute top level service. With a track day quickly approaching, I needed to ave a tech inspection on short notice but with a very busy shop, Schneider fit me in.

They know their stuff especially when it comes to Porsches and you can tell when you roll up on the Schneider Autohaus lot. The SA team is conscientious and seem to do their best to make sure your needs are met as a customer. Don't need to hesitate if you want something addressed or have a question. They will get you an answer about your vehicle. You get the sense that they stand by their work. Personnel touch points included Reza, Kieran, Chris, Cesar and Paula. All with different roles and a pleasure to deal with. I had an inspection and some ongoing catch up maintenance to do on my car. To me, they are the main game (if not the only) in town when it comes to a repair shop for your Porsche. 5 stars for now.
