Dead Battery - When I called initially, I was told that I would have to wait a day (till Friday) or wait possibly until Monday. After I looked into replacing it myself, I decided it would be too problematic (need to do a system reset) and called back. Paula answered and I explained that the battery was dead and she said it would be no problem for them to do it the same day. As soon as AAA jump-started the car, I took it in and they had the battery replaced within 2 hours time! I love Schneider Autohous and will not take my 2015 Mini anywhere else!!
