I’m a CPA and have had a couple auto shop clients early in my career so know something about the operations. From what I could see the place is well organized, very busy, well run and the employees are genuinely friendly and have a good sense of humor. They were nice enough to take my 2003 Mini Cooper in tow on a Friday and were clear they might not get to it until Monday. I was pretty sure I knew what was wrong and was very pleased their diagnosis was what I thought. A previous mechanic would have had me spend twice as much to replace something that didn’t need it. Overall, I was very satisfied with the service they provided. They are interested in long term relationships with their customers which is a great business strategy. My only concern was that the Porsches surrounding my Mini were going to hit on her but they assured me all was good!😊

Ok, me again, Carl I left a review a few months back as to my initial impression of the staff and service. Well, I HAD a problem with my car and it was so difficult to detect, but Chris, Schneider's Guru, found and fixed the problem. Paula, thank you so much for your patience with my car. But you all did it. If anyone has a Porsche, Audi, Mini, BMW and take it anywhere else for any type service, you are seriously misguided. ALL the people are amazing with everyone. All their clients are important. A special thank you to: Caesar, Kieran and all the staff. You folks are amazing!!!!!

Prompt, friendly service at a reasonably price, a throw back to the good old days when service meant something. I’ve used Schneider for years once my cars come off warranty. They don’t badger you about giving them a “10” because they just plain deserve it!

Service was great, as always. They kept me informed as to progress, service was very thorough, friendly, and timely. I would always strongly recommend Schneider’s for any Porsche owner. My only (extremely minor) complaint is that they used a substitute engine oil… I normally use Motul. But we will give the new oil a try… who knows? Maybe I’ll like it better! Beyond that, all else was excellent.

The staff at Schneider are great to work with- they know a lot about Porsches and are wonderful at keeping your Porsche in tip-top shape.
